Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
chocolate cookie shell or graham cracker shell
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and egg in bowl. Microwave 5 minutes on 50% power.
Stir.
Add chocolate chips and stir.
Microwave 5 minutes more on 50% power.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill (in freezer).
(Can use this without chocolate chips, also.)
