Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 medium carrots
    4 medium potatoes
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Cut up into small pieces.
    Add cut up carrots, potatoes, chopped onion and soup.
    Cook until carrots and potatoes are done, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    Season to taste.
