Sunshine Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. uncooked oats
    1 1/2 oz. sesame seed
    1 c. sunflower seeds
    1 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. honey
    1 c. golden raisins
    1 c. dried apricots, diced
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Stir oil and honey together. Pour over dry mixture, stirring well.
    Spread mixture on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool and break into large pieces.
    Combine pieces with remaining ingredients.
    Store in an airtight container.
    Yield:
    about 12 cups.
