Chicken And Dressing For Senior Citizens Day At O.P.V. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 lb. chicken
    15 pans (12-inch sheets) cornbread
    7 1/2 doz. eggs
    6 lb. butter
    9 lb. onions, chopped
    6 stalks celery, chopped fine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 15-gallon pot, place chicken and about 10 gallons of water.
    Cook until chickens are tender.
    Let cool and debone. Have cornbread cooked.
    You will need at least a 15 gallon pot to mix the dressing.
