Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 1/2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt, syrup and egg whites in top of double boiler.
    Stir and add water.
    Place over boiling water for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; add extract and beat vigorously with rotary beater or electric mixer on high speed until icing forms peaks.
