Barbecue Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread crumbs, soaked in 1/2 c. milk
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine soaked bread crumbs (with milk), ground beef, onion, salt, egg and 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
    Mix well.
    Shape into loaf in lightly greased shallow baking dish.
    Combine remaining barbecue sauce and the water.
    Pour about 1/4 cup of mixture over meat loaf.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 basting often with remaining sauce.
