Oriental Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) chicken breasts
    cornstarch
    8 oz. sherry
    1 1/2 oz. sliced ginger root
    3 oz. soy sauce, divided
    oil for deep frying
    3 green onions, sliced
    1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1 oz. toasted almonds
    1 tsp. toasted sesame seed
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    2 oz. rice noodles
    bean sprouts
    1 can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Coat chicken in cornstarch.
    Mix sherry, ginger root and 2 ounces soy sauce.
    Marinate chicken for 1 hour in refrigerator. Pat dry.
    Deep fry in oil until golden.
    Drain and let cool.
    Cut into strips.
    Toss chicken, onion, cilantro, almonds, sesame seed, etc.
    (all other items).
