Roast Pork And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 lb.) pork loin, center cut
1 cut garlic clove
1 tsp. salt
6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
pepper
1/4 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Take pork out of refrigerator an hour in advance.
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Rub meat with garlic and salt.
Place roast, fat side up, on rack in shallow open pan.
Roast pork 1 hour at 425\u00b0. Reduce heat to 400\u00b0.
Remove pork from pan and pour off all fat.
