Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    1 can Pet evaporated milk, chilled overnight
    1 large pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 graham cracker crusts
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water.
    Chill in refrigerator until thickened enough to beat.
    Blend thickened jello and chilled evaporated milk in blender.
    Cream together in small bowl the cream cheese (softened) and sugar.
    Add cream cheese mixture to jello mixture.
    Add vanilla and crushed pineapple.
    Blend quickly just to mix together.
    Pour into graham cracker crusts and chill several hours or overnight.
