Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    4 oz. container whipped cream cheese with chives
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Peel and boil potatoes; beat (no milk or butter).
    Add cream cheese with chives, egg and then sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in 1-quart casserole (greased) at 373\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
