Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flank steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 lemon, squeezed
    2 garlic cloves, sliced
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Mix marinade ingredients and pour over flank steak.
    Marinate overnight or at least 4 hours, in refrigerator, turning several times.
    Grill.
    Best if served rare to medium-rare.
    Slice thinly across the grain.
