Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash and remove seeds from peppers and place in baking dish.
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Drain.
    Stir in salt, rice, garlic salt and 1 cup tomato sauce. Lightly stuff peppers.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over stuffed peppers.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
