Tomato Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    4 tomatoes, peeled and diced
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling salted water for 14 minutes.
    Drain. While rice is cooking, stew tomatoes gently for about 10 minutes. Add a little water if necessary.
    Press through a sieve.
    Return to low heat and add seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Stir into the hot rice and sprinkle with cheese.
