Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    flour
    Crisco
    1/2 c. flour
    1 level tsp. salt
    water
Preparation
    Pound steak, cut in average pieces.
    Flour on both sides.
    Fry in Crisco.
    Brown on both sides.
    Place meat in baking dish.
    Make gravy using about 1/2 cup flour, salt and enough water to thicken. Pour over meat in baking dish.
    Cover with foil, leaving a small place open.
    Bake for 1 hour in 400\u00b0 oven.
