Hot Fruit Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fruit*
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. white sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    *Canned, drained pineapple, pears or peaches, cut in chunks, dried apricots and prunes, cut in chunks, fresh apples, cored and sliced or maraschino cherries (if desired).
