Memphis Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8.5 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn with juice
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl until blended.
    Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until lightly browned and set.
