Chicken With Curry Dill Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. curry powder
6 bone-in chicken breast halves
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add the flour, salt and pepper; stir until smooth. Gradually add milk and bring to a boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add the mayonnaise, dill and curry; stir until smooth. Set aside.
