Barbecued Chicken(Light) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
Preparation
    Combine the first 8 ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure. Microwave, uncovered, at High for 1 1/2 minutes, or until mixture boils.
    Set aside.
    Arrange chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with thickest portions toward outside of dish.
    Cover with wax paper; microwave on High for 10 minutes.
    Drain drippings. Rearrange chicken.
    Brush with sauce.
    Cover; microwave on High 9 to 10 minutes, or until done.
    Rearrange and brush chicken with sauce after 5 minutes.
    Let stand 2 minutes.
    Serves 6, 163 calories per serving.
