Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
2 level tsp. cornmeal
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Cook until thick brown sugar, sugar, flour, cornmeal, egg yolks, milk and margarine.
Takes 2 to 30 minutes of stirring for it to thicken.
Pour the filling into baked pie shell.
Spread with meringue or Cool Whip, if desired.
