Sweetheart Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pineapple and juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin (2 envelopes)
1/4 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cherry juice
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
12 diced cherries
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Heat pineapple and sugar until warm.
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Stir into pineapple mixture.
Add lemon and cherry juice.
Set aside to cool.
