Stuffed Bell Peppers With Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    2 sticks margarine
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup chopped shallots
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can French onion soup
    2 to 3 cups cooked rice
    10 large bell peppers
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Saute seasonings.
    Add shrimp; cook until pink and tender.
    Add soups; cook 15 minutes.
    Add cooked rice until desired consistency.
    Stuff in cleaned peppers; top with bread crumbs and bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
