Do Ahead Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground sausage
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt.
    Add bread and sausage to egg mixture.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
