Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 c. whole tomatoes
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 stalks celery
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef. Blend together in blender all the remaining ingredients.
    (It may take 2 blenders full.)
    Mix blended mixture with ground beef and pour into saucepan or slow cooker. For best results, cook 6 or 7 hours, stirring occasionally.
