Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 can evaporated milk (3 oz.)
    3/4 stick melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add flour and sugar.
    Stir in butter, milk and vanilla.
    Pour in pie shell and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Bake for 1 hour.
