Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. picante sauce
    1 c. water
    10 tortillas
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. picante sauce (plus last of sauce in jar)
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    16 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix 2 tablespoons picante sauce and 1 cup water in shallow pan.
    Place tortillas in this and soak for 5 minutes.
    Next, place tortillas on paper towel to drain.
