Blitzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 long loaf sandwich bread
    2 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. melted margarine (cool)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cut crust off bread.
    Roll thin with rolling pin.
    Mix cream cheese, yolks and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Beat with a spoon.
    Spread mixture on bread.
    Roll up.
    Cut in thirds.
    Dip in butter and roll in 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    (Can be frozen; thaw first before baking.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
