Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh broccoli
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. zucchini, sliced
    1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 c. fresh snow peas
    4 c. cooked linguine noodles
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. chicken broth (defatted)
    1/2 c. fat-free sour cream
    1/2 c. fat-free Parmesan cheese
    3 cloves garlic, pressed
    2 tsp. Molly McButter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Steam or saute vegetables and set aside while preparing sauce.
