Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. noodles, cooked
    1 onion
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    3 small zucchini, sliced
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 c. spinach
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/8 tsp. oregano, basil and thyme
    shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar (optional)
Preparation
    Steam zucchini, mushrooms, carrots and onion until tender. Add spinach and spices until warm.
    Layer noodles, veggies and cheeses with cheese over last layer of noodles.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
