Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self rising flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
12 oz. can of beer
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients, except butter, and pour into greased loaf pan.
Do not knead.
Pour melted butter on top, reserving a small amount.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Take out of pan and brush with butter.
