Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    6 to 8 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add sugar, shortening, potatoes, salt and eggs.
    Add flour, 1 cup at a time, until mixture is not sticky and pulls from side of bowl.
