Lima Bean Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (about 16 oz.) pkg. lima beans, frozen
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation

Cook lima beans 10 minutes in salted water.
Mix cheese soup and milk.
Combine with celery, parsley, beans and half the onion rings.
Put into 1-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until \"bubbly\" (about 20 to 30 minutes).
Add remaining onion rings and continue baking until brown and crunchy.
