Caramel Nut Crunch(About 8 Cups Snack) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. plain Cheerios cereal
    1 c. pecan or walnut halves
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Put salt and sugar on a chicken and put it in a cooking pan. Cook for 3 hours on a real hot stove.
    Get raw dumplings at Brookshire and heat them up at home.
    Put the chicken in the dumplings and heat up for 6 minutes.
    Put a whole lot more salt on them.
    Put a little pepper on them.
    Serve with potatoes, carrots, corn and salad.
    This is called \"Sunday Food\".
