Company Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. whole carrots
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. liquid from cooked carrots
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. crushed crackers
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salted water until tender.
    Cut carrots in strips and arrange in baking dish.
    Combine liquids, salt, pepper and onion.
    Pour over carrots.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
