Moody'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. fresh nutmeg
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
2 (9-inch) pie crusts

Preparation

Heat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine ingredients and bake in pie shells for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
