Chicken And Asparagus Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chicken broth
2 c. water
3 c. uncooked medium noodles
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can asparagus cuts and tips, drained
2 c. cooked and chopped chicken breast
1 (1 1/8 oz.) pkg. Hollandaise sauce mix
3/4 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In a soup pot, bring the broth and water to a boil.
Add the noodles.
Bring mixture back to boil, then reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 6 minutes.
Add the asparagus and chicken.
In a small bowl, combine the Hollandaise sauce mix with the half and half and beat until smooth.
Add to the soup mixture along with the butter.
Continue cooking over medium heat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
