Unbaked Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c milk
3 c old fashioned oats, uncooked
1/2 c peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c chopped pecans, optional

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil. Boil for 3 min. over medium heat. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients; stir well. Drop from tablespoon on waxed paper. Refrigerate.
