Low Calorie Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. coarse ground veal
    garlic to taste
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. Accent
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine raw veal
    with other ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
    You may add
    diced celery, green pepper and 1 can French-style beans.
