Peach Poodle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

peaches or plums
cinnamon
sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. melted butter
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

Fill bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan with sliced, pared fruit. Sprinkle fruit with cinnamon and sugar.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add melted butter and eggs to flour mixture.
Stir batter until thoroughly mixed.
(Batter will be stiff.)
Spread batter over fruit.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown and crusty.
