Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. grated or shaker Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oleo
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into eighths.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water and shake (a few at a time), coating well with cheese mixture.
    Melt oleo in preheated 375\u00b0 oven on flat, uncovered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Arrange potatoes in baking pan on the melted oleo.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (After 30 minutes of baking, turn potatoes over and continue baking for 30 minutes more.)
