Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Beat egg in bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly, but thoroughly.
    Put mixture in a 9 x 4-inch pan.
    Spread tomato catsup on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until no red juice runs out when pricked with fork in center.
    Garnish with parsley or serve with mushrooms or parsley sauce.
    Freezes well and good sliced cold.
