Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped celery
4 Tbsp. chopped nuts
1/2 c. Blue Plate mayonnaise (about)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (this keeps apples from turning dark)
Preparation

Sprinkle diced apples with lemon juice.
Add celery and enough mayonnaise to moisten.
Serve on lettuce and garnish with Blue Plate mayonnaise.
