Crab And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. flaked crab meat
    5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. crushed tarragon
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Blend together all remaining ingredients except cheese.
    Turn into the crab-rice mixture.
    Mix well until blended.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
