Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 tsp. margarine
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Melt margarine on the griddle and pour excess in batter.
Batter should be thin.
Fry on medium-high or high.
Roll up pancake and add whipped cream and fruit.
