Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
1 lb. pork sausage
3/4 c. chopped onion
4 to 6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz. jar pizza sauce
6 triangles Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In skillet, cook sausage and onion until meat is brown; drain well.
In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, shredded cheese, spice and pepper.
Stir in sausage and onion.
Turn into pie shell and bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Spread top with pizza sauce and arrange triangles of cheese in spoke fashion over top.
Return to oven 5 to 8 minutes.
Cut in wedges.
Serves 6.
