Emily'S Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    10 oz. spinach
    5 bacon strips
    2 boiled eggs
Preparation
    Mix vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, dry mustard, curry powder, salt, seasoned pepper and garlic powder in a jar.
    Cover tightly and shake until well mixed.
    Place spinach, torn into bite-size pieces, in a large salad bowl.
    Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach and toss gently. Garnish with crumbled bacon and egg slices.
