Fast Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    3 pinches white pepper
    2 sticks butter
Preparation
    In blender, mix egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter.
    Turn blender on high and gradually pour in hot butter and blend on high speed for three minutes.
    Sauce will thicken as it cools.
    Served over Chicken Le'Br'y.
