Fan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme, sage, etc.)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. dried herbs of your choice
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel the potatoes if skins are tough, otherwise scrub.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through.
    Use handle of wooden spoon to prevent cutting all the way through.
    Put in baking dish and fan slightly.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Drizzle with butter.
    Sprinkle with herbs.
    Bake potatoes at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
