Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
16 to 18 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except crackers together.
Crush crackers and put crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Double this to make good-sized dish.
