Texas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk (1/2 tsp. vinegar, 1/2 c. milk)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bring first 4 ingredients to boil.
    Remove from heat and add sugar and flour, stir well.
    Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and baking soda.
    Pour into greased 12 x 16 x 1-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 20 minutes.
    Frost immediately.
