Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium can cream style corn
1 1/2 c. corn meal (self-rising)
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk (sweet)
1/2 c. oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers (canned hot), chopped
10 oz. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix
all
ingredients well.
Bake in well greased pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
